1. Introduction & Business Information

Welcome to Blueprint Master (accessible via our website). We provide professional residential cabinetry installations, RTA/RTI/IKEA (Sektion Cabinets) assembly solutions, and commercial millwork subcontracting services across Ontario, Canada. By accessing our website, submitting layout specifications, or requesting a quote, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Privacy Policy: Data Collection & Usage

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada. We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us via our intake forms.

  • Information We Collect: Name, Company Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Address, Project Location, and user-uploaded project files (including architectural drawings, layouts, design measurements, and planner PDFs).
  • How We Handle Your Information: We use your contact details and project files only to review your project scope, prepare itemized installation estimates, and coordinate site visits. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your information or files with third-party marketing companies.
  • File Retention: Blueprint and layout files uploaded to our servers are retained securely only for the duration required to quote and execute the project, after which they may be archived or deleted securely.

3. Terms of Service: Quotes & Estimations

All project estimates provided by Blueprint Master are calculated based strictly on the architectural dimensions, cabinet counts, and structural scope notes provided by the user via our smart intake forms.

  • Quote Validity: Written quotes are structurally valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue due to shifting project schedules and fuel/tool overhead variances across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA.
  • Adjustment of Scope: If physical site conditions vary significantly from the blueprints uploaded online (e.g., severely un-plumb walls, un-leveled subfloors, or unexpected structural obstacles), Blueprint Master reserves the right to issue a modified change-order estimate before beginning installation work.

4. On-Site Requirements & Site Readiness

To maintain our signature millimeter-precision guarantee and keep projects strictly on schedule, the following criteria must be met before our installation technicians arrive on site:

  • Site Access: The workspace must be clear of construction debris, old cabinetry must be completely uninstalled (unless a removal service was specifically itemized in your quote), and walls/floors must be structurally ready for mounting.
  • Utility Readiness: For kitchen and bathroom vanity installations, all plumbing, electrical rough-ins, and gas lines must be turned off or fully disconnected by a certified trade professional prior to cabinet box placement.

5. Insurance, WSIB, & Liability

Blueprint Master operates as a fully compliant, commercially insured independent contractor infrastructure in the province of Ontario.

  • Workplace Safety: We maintain an active, fully compliant account with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario.
  • Commercial Liability: We carry comprehensive commercial general liability insurance protecting the physical structure of your property during our active tool operations and structural installation phases.
