1. Services
Blueprint Master provides cabinet installation and related services for residential and trade clients in Ontario. The exact services included in a project are determined by the written quote, scope of work, drawings and any subsequent written changes agreed to for that project.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are prepared using the dimensions, cabinet counts, drawings, photographs and scope information supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a written quote is valid for 30 calendar days from its issue date.
3. Changes in Project Scope
Online estimates and written quotes are based on the information available when the quote is prepared. If actual site conditions or project requirements differ materially from the information provided, additional work may require a revised estimate or change order.
Examples may include:
- Walls that are significantly out of plumb or out of square
- Floors that require additional leveling or correction
- Unexpected structural obstacles
- Missing, damaged or incorrect cabinet components
- Layout or appliance changes
- Additional fillers, panels, trim or modifications not shown in the original scope
4. Site Readiness
Unless removal or preparation work is specifically included in the quote, the work area should be ready for cabinet installation before the scheduled start date.
- The work area should be accessible and reasonably clear of debris.
- Existing cabinetry should be removed when removal is not part of our scope.
- Walls and floors should be ready for installation.
- Cabinets, panels, hardware and required components should be available on site.
- Appliance specifications and relevant drawings should be available where required.
5. Plumbing, Electrical and Gas
Blueprint Master is a cabinet installation service. Plumbing, electrical and gas work is not included unless expressly stated in writing and performed by an appropriately qualified trade.
Required plumbing, electrical or gas disconnections and rough-ins should be completed before cabinet installation where they affect placement of the cabinetry.
6. Scheduling
Installation dates and project durations are based on the agreed scope and expected site conditions. Delays caused by site readiness, missing materials, design changes, other trades or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the schedule.
7. Payment
Deposit requirements, payment milestones, accepted payment methods and final balances are governed by the written quote, invoice or project agreement issued for the specific project.
8. Insurance and Workplace Coverage
Blueprint Master maintains commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage applicable to its operations. Documentation may be provided when reasonably required for a project.
9. Website Information
Information provided through the website, including online estimates, is intended to assist with preliminary project planning. Final pricing and scope are determined by the project-specific written quote or agreement.
